About Legislation.ky

Legislation.ky is a free, open-source platform for browsing and searching Cayman Islands corporate and financial legislation. It provides clean, structured, and always-available access to laws that are otherwise trapped in poorly formatted PDFs on government sites.

Why this exists

Cayman Islands legislation is critical for international corporate structuring, fund formation, and fintech regulation. Yet accessing this legislation has traditionally meant downloading large PDFs from government websites that are frequently down or slow. Legislation.ky solves this by providing a clean, searchable, and always-available interface.
