Enquiries by Board

The Board shall make enquiries and obtain reports on the matters set out in the Second Appendix hereto and generally on all matters appertaining to the welfare of the child, and the report on the health of the child shall be signed by a registered medical practitioner. The case shall be considered by a case committee appointed by the Board for the purpose and consisting of not less than three members of the Board.
