PART 1Fees in respect of British Overseas Territory Citizen (Cayman Islands) Passports
Person who is under the age of 16: Issue $75.00, Renewal $75.00, Change of name $75.00, Replacement of lost or stolen passport $75.00, Temporary passport $75.00
Person who is 16 years and over but under the age of 65: Issue $100.00, Renewal $100.00, Change of name $100.00, Replacement of lost or stolen passport $100.00, Temporary passport $100.00
Person who is 65 years and over: Issue Nil, Renewal Nil, Change of name Nil, Replacement of lost or stolen passport Nil, Temporary passport Nil
PART 2Fees in respect of Emergency Services and Other Travel Documents
Call out fee for persons under the age of 65 (for the emergency opening of the passport office): $75.00
Call out fee for persons 65 years and over (for the emergency opening of the passport office): Nil
Issue, renewal or replacement of refugee travel document: $40.00
Change of name in refugee travel document: $40.00
Certificate of identity: $75.00
Document of travel to Jamaica: $75.00
Express service fee in respect of the certificate of identity and the document of travel to Jamaica (This fee is charged in addition to the fee set out in relation to each of those services where the service is to be completed within one business day of application): $75.00
PART 3Fees in respect of U.S. Visa Waivers
Person who is under the age of 16 - U.S. Visa Waiver Service processed in Grand Cayman $25.00, U.S. Visa Waiver Service processed in Cayman Brac $15.00, U.S. Visa Waiver Express Service processed in Grand Cayman or Cayman Brac (issued within one business day of application) $50.00
Person who is 16 years and over but under the age of 65 - U.S. Visa Waiver Service processed in Grand Cayman $25.00, U.S. Visa Waiver Service processed in Cayman Brac $15.00, U.S. Visa Waiver Express Service processed in Grand Cayman or Cayman Brac (issued within one business day of application) $50.00
