Neither the Institute, its officers, employees or agents nor any member of the Council, of the Disciplinary Tribunal, of the Investigation Committee or of any other committee of the Institute, shall be liable in damages for anything done or omitted in the discharge or the purported discharge of their respective functions responsibilities, powers and duties under this Act unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith.
