Definitions

In this Law —
means an order adjudging a man to be the putative father of a child, and ordering him to pay a sum of money weekly or otherwise;
means a child born out of wedlock;
means a court of summary jurisdiction;
means the Grand Court sitting without a jury;
means the person appointed as such under this Law; and
means the person adjudged by an affiliation order to be the putative father of a child.
