Application of funds by the Authority

Subject to section 27, any funds appropriated by the Legislative Assembly for the purposes of the Authority, any income derived from fees and any other income of the Authority shall be held and applied to furthering the purposes of the Authority in such manner as the Authority may think fit.
Any funds appropriated by the Legislative Assembly for the purposes of the Authority shall be applied by the Authority in accordance with the terms of the appropriation.
