The Chief Justice may make rules for regulating —
the monitoring of the whereabouts of persons who are subject to exclusion orders; and
without prejudice to the generality of paragraph (a), the functions of persons who are responsible officers in relation to convicted persons subject to exclusion orders.
The Chief Justice may, by order, direct that section 11(4) shall have effect with such additional restrictions as may be specified in the order.
