Establishment of the Commission

There is established for the purposes of this Act a body to be known as the Anti-Corruption Commission and the Commission is the anti-corruption authority of the Cayman Islands.
The Commission is responsible for the administration of this Act and has the powers, duties and functions set out in this Act and is a law enforcement agency in the Islands.
The provisions of the Schedule shall have effect as to the constitution of the Commission and otherwise in relation thereto.
