Orders of the court in relation to the proceeds of a corruption offence

In any trial or proceedings for an offence under this Act, the court, in relation to the proceeds of a corruption offence, shall apply the provisions of the Proceeds of Crime Act (2024 Revision) and may make such order as it considers appropriate in accordance with the provisions of that Act.
For the purposes of subsection (1), references to an "appropriate officer" or "senior appropriate officer" under the Proceeds of Crime Act (2024 Revision) shall be construed as including an investigating officer or senior investigating officer appointed under this Act.
