Discharge of debtor when deed carried out

The Court may, at any time after the confirmation of the deed, make an order for the discharge of the debtor in accordance with the terms of the deed, or if there are no terms relating to discharge then upon the report of the Trustee that the arrangements under the deed have been fully carried out.
Such order shall, except insofar as may be otherwise expressly provided in this Act, have all the effect of an unconditional discharge of a bankrupt as hereinafter mentioned made upon proceedings after an absolute order for bankruptcy.
