Evidence of documents in proceedings under this Act

Any bankruptcy petition or copy thereof, any order or copy of an order made by the Court, any certificate or copy of a certificate made by the Court, any deed of arrangement or copy thereof, and any other instrument or copy of an instrument, affidavit or document, made or used in the course of any proceedings under this Act, may, if any such document, instrument or copy appears to be sealed with the seal of the Court, purports to be signed by the Judge or certified to be a true copy by the Clerk of the Court, be receivable in evidence in all legal proceedings whatever.
