Fraudulent entries in the register

A person who wilfully procures or attempts to procure the entry of that person's name in the register by making or producing or causing to be made or produced any false or fraudulent representation or declaration either orally or in writing commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of two thousand dollars.
