There shall be paid to the Registrar for the public revenue one hundred dollars in respect of the incorporation of every society under this Law and every society shall pay an annual fee of one hundred dollars upon each anniversary of its incorporation.

In addition to fees payable under subsection (1), a society shall, on or before 15 January in each year, pay to the Registrar a regulatory fee of seven thousand dollars.
