Change of directors or senior officers

The society shall obtain the approval of the Authority prior to appointing a new director or senior officer and shall require that the director or senior officer is a fit and proper person.
The Authority shall not grant the approval for the appointment of a new director or senior officer of a society referred to in subsection (1) unless the Authority is satisfied that the director or senior officer is a fit and proper person.
