Establishment of Cayman Islands Cadet Corps

3. (1) There is established a Cadet Training Corps called the Cayman Islands Cadet Corps.
The Cadet Corps shall be under the command of a Commandant appointed by the Cabinet.
The Cabinet shall appoint a Deputy Commandant.
