34. Neither the Cadet Corps, the Cadet Corps Committee, the Commandant, nor any other member of the Cadet Corps, shall be liable in damages for anything done or omitted in the discharge or purported discharge of their respective functions or duties under this Act unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith or constituted wilful misconduct or negligence.
