In this Law —

"Agreement" means the agreement for the establishment of the Caribbean Meteorological Organisation contained in the Schedule;

"Organisation" means the body corporate called the Caribbean Meteorological Organisation established by the Agreement; and

"Minister" means the Member of Executive Council responsible for Education, Aviation and Planning.
