Written policy and Standing Orders

The Commissioner of Police shall, with the approval of the Director of Public Prosecutions, prepare a written policy in relation to the administration of cautions.
The Commissioner of Police shall issue Standing Orders to the members of the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service in relation to the administration of cautions.
No caution shall be administered prior to preparation of the policy under subsection (1) and the issuance of the Orders under subsection (2).
