Cabinet may amend by Order

The Cabinet may, by Order, amend this Act in relation to —
a change of the name of a Church; and
a change in the ownership of the real property listed under section 9, 21, 32, 37, 42, 47, 51 or 63 in respect of the relevant Church, that is incorporated under this Act.
