Power to make rules

In respect of all matters within the discretion, or subject to the election, decision, control or management of the corporation or the members thereof, it shall be lawful for the corporation in a meeting, from time to time to make such rules, in harmony with the purposes of the corporation, as may be deemed desirable —
for convening and adjourning the meetings of the corporation;
for conducting its business;
for carrying into effect the trusts and powers vested in or conferred upon the corporation;
for recording its proceedings; and
generally for the carrying out of the objects of the corporation,
and to revoke, alter, add or modify all or any such rules and all rules in force shall be binding on the members of the corporation.
