Signing officers of corporation

No deed or document purporting to be executed by the corporation shall be of any force or validity unless it is sealed with the corporate seal and signed by any two of the following, namely the President of the Cayman Islands Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and the Secretary-Treasurer of the Cayman Islands Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, and/or the President of the West Indies Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and the Executive Secretary of the West Indies Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
