Any person suspected of having contravened or of being about to contravene any of the regulations made under this Law shall upon being requested so to do by a constable or an authorised person correctly state his name and address and the purpose of his being within a restricted area, and upon his failure so to do and without prejudice to section 38, may be removed from the restricted area or any part thereof and prohibited from re-entering by such constable or authorised person.
