Application of the Matrimonial Causes Law (2005 Revision) and the Maintenance Law (1996 Revision)

The Matrimonial Causes Law (2005 Revision), the Maintenance Law (1996 Revision) and the rules and regulations made under those Laws shall apply with necessary changes to proceedings brought in respect of the breakdown, dissolution and nullity of civil partnerships and related financial relief in such proceedings, as they apply in respect of matrimonial proceedings.
