Evidence of civil partnership by means of Register

Every entry in the Civil Partnerships Register and every copy of any such entry purporting to be certified as a true copy under the hand and seal of the Registrar, shall be received in all courts and in all proceedings as evidence of the civil partnership to which the entry relates.
