Any document purporting to bear the signature of the Registrar or of an officer authorised in accordance with section 3
shall be deemed, until the contrary is proved, to have been duly given, made or issued by the authority of the Registrar. ( 2 ) In subsection (1) — “ signature ” includes a facsimile of a signature however reproduced and a digital signature.
