General penalty; application of fines

Where a duty is imposed by this Act on any company, director or officer of any company and no special penalty or fine has been provided for the breach of such duty, then any such company director or officer responsible for such breach commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars.
All fines shall be recovered in a summary way and shall be applied in aid of the general revenue of the Islands. Unlimited Liability of Directors and Managers
