The execution of a contract or other instrument in accordance with section 81(6)
and the fact that it was executed in accordance with a requirement referred to in section 81(6)
may be proved by the affidavit or solemn declaration of a witness to the execution of the contract or other instrument sworn or made before a notary public or any other person qualified to administer oaths in any jurisdiction.
