There shall be a Grand Court for the Cayman Islands which shall be a superior Court of Record and shall have such jurisdiction and powers as may be conferred on it by this Constitution and any other law.
The Court shall have and use a seal bearing the style of the Court and a device approved by the Chief Justice.
