Every registered society and every officer or member thereof who —
wilfully neglects or refuses to do any act or furnish any information required for the purposes of this Law by the Authority or the Registrar or other person duly authorised by the Registrar in writing in that behalf; or
wilfully makes a false return or furnishes any false information,
Whoever —
wilfully or without any reasonable excuse, disobeys any summons, requisition or lawfully written order issued under this Law; or
fails to furnish any information lawfully required from that person by a person authorised to do so under this Law,
