Enforcement of order

The decision of an arbitrator on any matter referred to that arbitrator under section 54 shall be binding upon the parties, and shall be enforceable in like manner as an order made by the Registrar under that section.
An order made by the liquidator or the Registrar under section 53 or 54 shall be enforced in the same manner in all respects as an order made by a Judge.
