Civil proceedings by the Crown shall be instituted by the Attorney-General.
Civil proceedings against the Crown shall be instituted against the Attorney-General.
No proceedings instituted in accordance with this Part by or against the Attorney-General shall abate or be affected by a change in the person holding the office of Attorney-General.
