Appointment of Director

The chief officer, in accordance with the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision), and after consultation with the Minister responsible for Customs and Border Control, shall appoint a suitable person who shall be called the Director of Customs and Border Control, to be the officer in control of the Customs and Border Control.
