Deferment of military training

Where a member of the Regiment —
becomes enrolled as a pupil or student in any school, college or university outside the Islands or as a full-time student at a college in the Islands;
is absent from the Islands; or
is a medically unfit person who is likely to cease to be a medically unfit person,
then the military training which the person is required to undergo by virtue of this Part may be deferred for any period or periods and from time to time according to the circumstances of the case.
The Governor's Orders may regulate the deferment of military training under this section.
