Certificate of registration

The Registrar shall grant a certificate of registration to the registered owner of a design right when the extension of the design right is recorded.
The Registrar may, if satisfied that a certificate of registration has been lost or destroyed, or in any other case in which the Registrar thinks it expedient, furnish one or more copies of the certificate to the owner of the design right.
