Appointment of Staff

The Governor shall appoint a Director of Planning and such other officers as appear necessary for the proper exercise of the functions of the Authority; and the Director and officers shall be employed in the Department of Planning and shall be responsible for the administration of the Authority and the Board, including preparing their agendas and minutes, and communicating and implementing their decisions.
All meetings of the Authority shall be attended by either the Director or a person designated by the Director for the purpose; and the Director shall make to the Authority and the Board such recommendations as may appear to the Director to be necessary for the implementation of this Act.
