There is established in accordance with this Law a body corporate called the Cayman Islands Development Bank having perpetual succession and a common seal and which shall in its corporate name be capable of entering into contracts, of suing and of being sued, or acquiring, holding, mortgaging, leasing and otherwise disposing of all kinds of property movable or immovable.
The principal office of the Bank shall be situated in Grand Cayman and the Bank may establish branch offices elsewhere in the Islands.
Service upon the Bank of any document shall be executed by delivering or sending the document by registered post addressed to the general manager at the principal office.
It shall be within the capacity of the Bank as a statutory corporation to do such things and to enter into such transactions as are incidental or conducive to the performance of any of its functions under this Law.
