Subject to this Law, the Bank may delegate to any director of the Board, to any committee appointed by the Board or to the general manager of the Bank such one or more of the Bank’s functions, together with any powers which the Bank determines is necessary or expedient to enable that director, committee or the general manager to carry out a delegated function as the Bank thinks fit.
The Bank may not delegate —
its powers to borrow or raise capital;
its powers to make charges;
its powers to enter into agreements for the occupation or management of premises by the Bank; or
its powers under section 29 or 32.
Every delegation under this section shall be in writing and shall be revocable by the Bank, but no such delegation shall prevent the exercise by the Bank of any delegated authority.
