Consequence of refusal of registration

Where the Authority refuses to register an applicant under this Part, the applicant shall not serve as a director for any covered entity.

Notwithstanding subsection (1), a person who is refused registration by the Authority may re-apply for registration if there is a material change in the circumstances relevant to the application.
