Disabilities Register

The Council shall maintain a confidential register (to be known as the Disabilities Register) containing the particulars of any person with a disability who wishes to be registered.
The Register shall be kept in such form, and all entries, alterations and removals of entries shall be made in such manner, as may be prescribed.
A person whose name is in the Register shall be issued, in the prescribed manner, with a certificate of registration.
