Regulations for disclosure

The Governor in Cabinet, in the interests of consumer protection and the proper and orderly regulation of account providers, may, for statistical purposes only, make regulations providing for the disclosure of the information specified in subsection (2) —
to the persons and subject to the conditions, including the payment of charges by the person seeking the information, that the Minister may determine; and
in a form that the information cannot be directly or indirectly related to an identifiable person.
The information referred to in subsection (1) is —
prescribed information from the register kept under section 8;
details of the classes of dormant accounts; and
the number of dormant accounts in each class.
