The Chief Justice may make rules regulating all matters of practice and procedure for the proper exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the Drug Court.
Without prejudice to the generality of the power conferred by subsection (1), such rules may provide for —
any matter of procedure before the Drug Court and the forms to be used and fees to be paid in proceedings before the Drug Court; and
the regulation of any matter as to the forms to be used and the procedure upon giving notice of appeal from decisions of the Drug Court and the giving of any recognisance thereupon.
