Special educational needs procedures

The Chief Officer shall cause to be published, in the form of one or more documents, procedures on provision for special education needs, as set out in the regulations.
Persons who are involved in identifying or assessing persons who have or may be considered to have special educational needs or who are involved in any way in making provision for those needs shall undertake their relevant roles and responsibilities in accordance with the regulations.
