Nuisance and disturbance on school premises

A person who —
causes or creates a nuisance or disturbance on the premises of any school;
intentionally or through neglect destroys, damages or loses the property of any school;
otherwise acts on school premises in a manner disruptive of the education provided in a school or injurious to students or persons employed to work at the school,
commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five thousand dollars; and the court before which the person is convicted may order that the convicted person shall refrain from entering the school premises for such period as may be specified in the order.
