92. (1) Where there is any inconsistency between this Law and any other Law, this Law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, subject to subsection (2).
Where there is any inconsistency between this Law and the Public Authorities Law, 2017[Law 21 of 2017], the Public Authorities Law, 2017 [Law 21 of 2017] shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
