Marking of specimens

The Management Authority may, whenever it considers it appropriate to do so, affix or cause to be affixed a mark to a specimen to assist in identifying the specimen.
A specimen of an animal species listed in Column I or II of Part 1, or in Part 2 or Part 3 of the Schedule that has been bred in captivity may not be traded or transported unless it has been uniquely and permanently marked in a manner approved by the Management Authority.
