A person who intends to publicly exhibit any film shall, at least twenty-four hours before its exhibition, provide the Board with all the particulars identified in Schedule 4.
Where there is a change in any of the particulars provided under subsection (1), the Board shall be notified in writing immediately by the owner or controller of the film of the nature of the change.
A person who contravenes subsection (3) is liable to a penalty of two thousand dollars or such other amount as may be prescribed and a further penalty of one hundred dollars for each day that such breach continues after the date of its proof.
