31. (1) The office of a member is vacated —
upon the death of the member;
if the member becomes disqualified under section 26(3);
if the member resigns under section 29;
if the Governor in Cabinet revokes the appointment of that member under section 30; or
if the member’s appointment is not renewed by the Governor in Cabinet as of the date of expiry of the member’s term of appointment.
A decision of the Tribunal taken at a hearing is not invalidated merely because there is a vacancy in membership.
