Definitions

In this Law, unless the context otherwise requires:-
means the Articles of Association for the time being of the Company;
means General Oriental Investments Limited;
means the Companies Law, Cap. 22 as amended and in effect on 14thJune,1984;
means an extraordinary resolution as defined in section 129 of the Companies Law;
means the company incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong;
means the Memorandum of Association for the time being ofthe Company;
means a special resolution as defined in section 57 qfthe Companies Law.
