Effect of authority under section 25

An authority under section 18 is sufficient authority —
for a registered medical practitioner other than —
a registered medical practitioner who gave the authority; or
a registered medical practitioner who gave a certificate under section 18(4) relating to that authority, to remove tissue from the body of a deceased person in accordance with section 18; and
for a prescribed person or a person belonging to a prescribed class of persons to remove tissue, or a prescribed class of tissue, from the body of a deceased person in accordance with an authority given by section 18(1).
