The Registrar shall determine —
the form in which information to be provided to or entered in the register shall be submitted;
the intervals at which the information referred to in paragraph (a) is to be provided; and
the form in which information contained in the register shall be kept.
For the purposes of subsection (1)(c), the register may be kept, maintained and operated in an encrypted form, subject to its being capable of being converted into a legible form and being used to make a legible copy or reproduction of an entry in the register.
